Clove Beer
In the beautiful hilltop village of Gorde (where ex-French president Mitterand had a place), there is a balcony bar. The balcony sits perched high over the streets with an incredible view of the valley. They serve a clove beer.
The spices in the beer are wonderfully refreshing on a hot day.
