The perfect Provencal lunch. You have carrots julienne, a crispy tomato salad, asparagus spears topped with crumbled egg, St. Semillon cheese, a baguette, and a Cote de Luberon Rose wine, and a tangy dash of Fleurs de sel from the Camargue region.
